ABOUT ME...

rebecca ritchey is a biracial korean-american writer, content creator, and creative. she works in marketing as the senior manager of social media for celadon books, an imprint of macmillan publishers. she lives in brooklyn.

her blog, eating books, was created in 2014 as a photography project to explore food in literature. in this space, she recreates fictional food from books, film, and television, clumsily cooks korean dishes, and writes about her travels and life in new york. her monthly newsletter, eat this book, further examines fictional food in more depth.

when she isn't working or reading you can find her writing her novel, playing cozy games, conversing in simpsons quotes with her partner, or lint rolling the cat hair off her clothes.
